The prepaid cash card is a stored-value card that you need to top-up the credit in the card to use it.

Credit cards are not so convenient to the public because it has some limitation:
(1) Not all the people can fulfill the requirement to apply credit card,
(2) We cannot use credit card to pay for small amount.
